Today we went to my 84-year-old mother to teach her a personal yoga practise. Her yoga. Adapted to her body, age and lifestyle.
Not to make her – sometimes painful body – feel better, but just to be intimate with life as it is, right in this moment.
And Juliette made her a quick note so she can remember her first practise
