You will balance the three Ayurvedic doshas, or constitutions, that influence our physical and emotional health through carefully crafted movement, delicious nurturing meals, and the effectiveness of clear intentions.

ABOUT ALICIA
Alicia is an international yoga teacher who has led classes in The Netherlands, Germany, Spain and Morocco. Her love for fitness, holistic wellness and personal self-growth is evident as she threads elements of dance, Pilates, deep breathing and insightful wisdom throughout her classes.
Her sequences are designed to shift your energy, heighten your self-awareness and leave class feeling renewed. Alicia offers her knowledge of yogic philosophy, Ayurvedic medicine, transformational breathwork and energetic healing to guide you through a reflective and empowering journey.
