Reason for a consultation
There can be several reasons for an Ayurvedic consultation. Maybe you are looking for more balance, need support for physical or mental complaints or are interested in Ayurveda.
Part of Ayurvedic medicine focuses on disease prevention and finding optimal balance in life, both physically and mentally. At the same time, Ayurveda offers a solution when extra support is needed in the event of illness, for example.
Specific complaints can include: stress-related complaints, fatigue, hormonal imbalance, digestive complaints, sleeping problems, a weakened immune system, inflammatory sensitivity or allergies.
In an Ayurvedic consultation we look at what Ayurvedic medicine can do for you in your personal situation. For example, nutrition and lifestyle are examined that are suitable for you so that you are able to be optimally balanced or to restore balance. In case of physical or mental complaints and/or illness, supplementation/herbs are also prescribed and optional additional Ayurvedic treatments, physical or breathing exercises and/or counseling.

What does the first consultation entail?
During the first consultation, we look at your personal constitution, living and eating habits, wishes and any complaints/concerns.
Extensive questions are asked about your health and your daily habits and, in addition, pulse diagnosis and tongue analysis are used.
Plenty of space for your story and all your questions. Ayurveda not only looks at symptoms, but tackles the core and cause.
Based on this, we put together an advice tailored to your personal situation and wishes. In addition to diet and lifestyle, herbal preparations can be advised, and optionally yoga, relaxation or breathing exercises.
