Ayurveda Education

Lecture • Workshop • Training

Ayurveda offers inspiration and tools for a meaningful and pleasurable life and is both a way of life and a comprehensive health system and medicine* for physical and mental well-being.

Although in the West it is sometimes thought that Ayurveda only concerns nutrition and massage, it encompasses a much broader system and (WHO recognized) medicine, in which nutrition and lifestyle (for prevention), psychology, Ayurvedic medicines and various therapeutic treatments play a role.

In lectures, workshops and multi-day programs we introduce you to authentic Ayurveda, we make complex concepts accessible and we inspire you with practical applications for your daily (or professional) life.

“When diet is wrong, medicine is of no use.
When diet is correct, medicine is of no need.”

-Ayurvedic Proverb

‘The utility of Ayurveda is to maintain the health of a healthy individual and heal the disease of the sick.’
