Already perfect

The subtle force of nature fascinates me, and especially its effect on us: human beings. In our continuous and striving rat race to get from one point to the other, our relationship with nature seems to bring relieving pieces of peace. Whether it’s taking a stroll through a park, the view of a lush green scenery or the budding scents of spring, the many manifestations of nature seem to slow down, (or even stop), the rat race for a moment.

It’s not that we do something specific to get there. It just happens.

That’s where Yoga starts and ends: in this intimate relationship with life.
In the realisation that we are part of the very same nature as the one we are breathing and living in. We are nature itself.
Already perfect. In all its subtle variations.
